This is my fourth or fifth pair of HA from America Hears over the last 25+ years and all have worked well. I'm pleased with them so far. This is the first time to use domes rather than earmolds because I have Cookie-bite hearing yet the power domes seem to work well. One thing I recommend for the Hearing Instrument Specialists is to share how the Concha-locks are expected to work; I kept trying different dome sizes and experiencing pain only to learn that the Concha-locks can be shaped! Once I figured that out, with Google's help, I was able to curve them for a good fit and my ears stopped hurting. Still tweaking the settings to my liking yet I'm used to doing that. Advice for new wearers: once you make a change wear them for a week or so before altering them again because often your first instinct on a change is the right one and making too many changes in a short time will delay the time it takes to acclimate to the HA.

Very poor service after you got my money. I've had them two weeks and could not use them as they were too loud and I could not adjust them. You finally replied back and I adjusted them last night. When finished the left one quit working. I'll be calling again Monday.

After two months of frustration with new hearing aids we purchased at America Hears we decided to make one last attempt to call for help prior to returning them. Our representative, Mark Crinage out of the Bristol, Pa. office, gave us the most patient & knowledgeable hearing aid assistance today for my 99 yr old mother!
